Data Deletion and Account Deactivation

If you decide to stop using our integrations or want your data permanently removed from our systems, you can request data deletion at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal and business data through the following methods:

Email Request (Recommended): Send an explicit data deletion request from your registered business email to support@softa-solutions.com. Our technical team will process your request within 7 business days and send you a formal confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Dashboard Disconnection: You can navigate to your platform dashboard, go to Integrations, and click Disconnect on your WhatsApp or Meta integration. This will immediately stop data synchronization and queue your stored access tokens for automatic purging.

Via Meta/Facebook Platform Settings: If you signed up or connected your business profiles using our Meta App (Embedded Signup / Facebook Login), you can revoke our app's access directly through your Meta account:

  • Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  • Click on Apps and Websites.
  • Locate our application and click Remove.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon receiving a valid data deletion request, Softa Solutions will permanently erase or completely anonymize the following information from our active databases:

  • Your Meta/Facebook user access tokens and permanent system tokens.
  • Stored WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) IDs and Phone Number IDs.
  • Cached configuration data, messaging templates, and metadata linked to your integration profile.
  • Profile information collected during the integration onboarding process.

International Data Transfers

Information may be transferred and processed in locations where our infrastructure providers operate.

Where required, appropriate safeguards are implemented to protect transferred information.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers using our services are responsible for:

  • Obtaining lawful consent where required
  • Maintaining accurate privacy notices
  • Managing end-user requests
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations
  • Following Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform policies

Your Rights

Depending on applicable laws, users may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information.
